Lillie's CARES Program

The Lillie’s CARES Program supports our outreach initiative to give back to our senior citizens within the community through various service projects. Lillie’s CARES has adopted Abernathy Towers in Historic West End community of Atlanta, Georgia. Our quarterly events provide food, health resources and wellness activities.

  • Each visit cost $150 to ensure the grandparents and seniors at Abernathy Towers are supported.

Educate GRANDS Program
The Educate GRANDS Program provides family academic, advocacy and enrichment based workshops for grandparents and their grandchildren facilitated by grandparents and educators. This program support includes our grandparents network, LF4C Internship Program, Box Tops for GRANDS, tutoring support , LF4C Workforce Development Initiative.

  • Each family’s participation in the program costs $400 annually which through your support of our work doesn’t cost our grandparents anything.

|Our GRANDS
Family Engagement Program
The Our GRANDS Family Program provides family support through academic, social and emotional support services for grandparents raising school aged children. Grandparents in this program are selected and added to our grandparents caseload. This program support includes our Annual Grandparents Appreciation Brunch, GRANDSgiving Day, GRANDS Gift Shop & Holiday Party, Family Night events.

  • Each family’s participation in the program costs $400 annually which through your support of our work doesn’t cost our grandparents anything.

|Art in Motion
Art in Motion (AIM) Program

The Dr. Paulette Fleming “Art in Motion” (AIM) Program allows our students being raised by grandparents to share their gifts and talents through STEAM based activities that include our Back 2 School Block Party, STEAM camps, Lillie’s Petals Mentoring Program and the Made to Matter Fine Arts Display.

The Made to Matter Fine Arts Display will also provide academic awards for grandchildren in our program graduating high school or in college. The AIM Calendar will be a specialty project featuring the artwork of local students raised by grandparents, in foster care or group homes to help raise funds for the awards.
