Who’s The Boss?

Lillie’s Foundation celebrates our 8th year of operation starting this month. We want our grandparents and seniors to enjoy this special series on the blog sponsored by Allen’s Printing Company called, “Conversations with DA!”

The fourth topic is “Who’s The Boss?”

Over the years, we’ve served many families at our conference room table. Often times the family members were struggling to get access to funding or to their loved ones finances. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses don’t wait for payment before rendering service. Everyone doesn’t work with the family like we do.

In order to avoid this from happening, and even having to go to probate court, here’s what Mr. Allen thinks you should know.

Our family specializes in storytelling. We know that there is an art to storytelling and specifically telling the stories of our lives. Whether if we’re empowering grandparents to share their stories through our work with Lillie’s Foundation or sharing the beautiful life stories through our programs by Allen’s Printing Company, we are actively engaged in storytelling.

Every family has someone who leads the family events, special occasions and even the business of the family. Whether is mama, daddy, older sibling or the oldest cousin, most of our family units has someone who is known as the boss.

Family’s face a lot of unforeseen issues when their Loved one doesn’t have one.

Designate a person to make legal decisions if you are no longer able to do so. Save your family a lot of heartache, grief and possible division regarding who’s the boss regarding the business affairs of you or the family.

Make sure your get connected to Our Grands Network and Educate Grands Program for workshops and more information on this topic.
